The Newest FTC season "BioBuzz" is a game with two main scoring elements. The hives and flowers. The hives are a stick with two boxes on each end. there are two hives on the flied, each are for one of the alliances. They rest with one box facing up and a box facing down. You must tip the hive to earn 20 points. You tip the hives with either small yellow wiffle balls or larger red or blue wiffle balls. The smaller yellow wiffle balls are pollen. The larger wiffle balls are nectar. you can also use the flowers to score. The flowers are small tubes that have a despot at the top and out put at the bottom. Pollen will fall through the tube while nectar will not exit the tube. You can fill the tube with pollen and top it off with a nectar to earn points for all the pollen. You can also place a bottom nectar to earn points. Nectar is color coded to its alliance and each alliance gets 3 nectar to start and 1 more nectar for each tip. A max nectar count of 8. In order to earn points for the pollen, you must be the top ball. Even if the top ball slips in a little tiny bit, the other team will receive the points. You get 3 points per pollen in the flowers you claimed. You will not earn points if the top nectar is not placed. More infromation will be added as this season of BioBuzz goes on.
